James Tautkus – Junior Varsity Head Coach:

Third year Coach, James Tautkus, is an avid lacrosse enthusiast. He initiated his relationship with the sport in the spring of 1999 as an eighth grade midfielder at Cardigan Mountain School in Canaan, NH. After two years at Cardigan, James graduated and continued his playing at Proctor Academy in Andover, NH, where as a sophomore he became an attack man and was named most improved player. As a senior at Proctor he was captain and the team's leading goal scorer playing against top national rank teams such as The Holderness School and Kimball Union Academy. In college James was a member of the University of New Hampshire Men's Club Lacrosse Team where they reached a national rank of 13th and consistently were top finishers in the Pioneer League. James moved to Park City in 2008 and joined the PCHS Woman's Lacrosse Team as an Assistant Varsity Coach for the spring of 2009. Currently as the Head JV Coach, James and the girls went undefeated in 2010 with an over time win against Davis to solidify the season. In the past, James has spent time coaching the Park City Junior 7th and 8th grade team through which he's been able to note that the future of PCHS's Girls Lacrosse is strong and will remain a powerful team in the ULA. James is very eager for the 2011 season and looks forward to continued success for Park City!
